ריצה

כשהייתי קטן לא אהבתי לרוץ, היה לי קשה לנשום, הייתי כבד. אחרי הצבא התחלתי ללכת למכון כושר לפרקים, הייתי רץ על ההליכון בחדר הממוזג.

בעקבות משבר נפשי שעברתי בגיל 31, התחלתי לרוץ במסלול ריצה מסודר בחולון. הייתי רץ 3-4 ק"מ, מספר פעמים בשבוע. מעניש את עצמי על חטאי הגוף והנפש, כל טיפת זיעה היתה משולה בעיניי למים שמנקים אותי מכל חטאיי. העונש הפך להנאה.

עם הזמן הטווחים גדלו, התחלתי לרוץ 10 ק"מ ויותר, רץ כל יום, נכנסתי לזה עמוק, התחברתי לאנשים, התעמקתי בתחום, התחלתי לכתוב עליו, והיום הריצה היא חלק בלתי נפרד ממני, לעיתים אפילו יותר מהשירים.

ניצחונות קטנים גדולים

בשנת 2016 עשיתי לראשונה את מרתון טבריה, זה היה אחד מהרגעים המרגשים בחיי. תקופת ההכנה למרתון נמשכה כחצי שנה וכתבתי עליה במסגרת בלוג שפירסמתי באתר מרתון ישראל (קישור למאמרים אפשר למצוא בעמוד הקישורים).

בסוף המרתון, לא שרתי, לא צעקתי, לא עשיתי שום דבר, רק חייכתי כי ניצחתי, ניצחון קטן גדול

שנה לאחר מכן, חזרתי ועשיתי את מרתון טבריה, זה היה קשה, מפרך, הייתי צריך לאמץ את הראש לא פחות מאשר את הרגליים. בסוף צעקתי משמחה. זה כבר לא עונש, זו הנאה מוחלטת.
